II. Business Development & Marketing Department

  2. Job Description:

    • To achieve the given target including loans or deposits sales target through promoting & marketing of bank’s products & services.
    • To assist in implementing the Bank’s business strategies through carry out all business development / marketing activities & campaign.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree or higher with 1-2 years related working experience in business development & marketing in banking / financial institution.
    • Business development & marketing strategy planning skill

III. Credit Risk Management Department

  2. Job Description

    • Responsible for overall banking credit risk management including developing, executing and reviewing related policies, do strategic planning to increase credit management efficiency and quality.
    • To increase profitability of the Bank by growing quality Credit Portfolio.
    • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree or higher with 1-2 years related working experience
    • Credit Analysis, Financial analysis, Credit Administration and Risk Management
    • Demonstrate analytical, leadership and management skills
    • Good in communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities

  3. Senior Executive/Executive, Credit Operation
  4. Job Description:

    • Responsible for overall safeguarding the Bank’s security documentation, disbursement of approved banking facilities whilst ensuring that all terms and conditions of approved facilities are met.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree or higher with 1-2 years related working experience
    • Good command in written and spoken English and Khmer.
    • Knowledge of the Cambodian banking industry.
    • Able to handle confidential data and documents in an ethical and professional manner.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Attentive and devoted to deliver good quality works.
    • Willing to work under pressure.

IV. Finance and Strategy Department

  1. Account Officer
  2. Job Description:

    • Daily record accounting transaction on timely basis within the right nature of account transaction and fully comply with accounting policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirement;
    • Assist Supervisor to monitor internal control of Finance Department;
    • Prepare payment to supplier within deadline of credit;
    • Assist Supervisor to prepare supporting document for internal, external auditor and regulator;
    • Assist other tasks assigned by management

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Accounting or Finance and Banking or other relevant fields;
    • Experienced in accounting or banking is a plus;
    • Basic understanding accounting and taxation;
    • Able to work with Ms. Office work and excel;
    • Able to speaking and writing in both Khmer and English
    • Good communication and able to work individually and as a team.
  3. HR Recruitment Officer
  4. Job Description:

    • Compiling and keeping personnel records
    • Recording data for each employee, such as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on ability, and date of and reason for termination. It also consists of compiling and typing reports from employment records, filing employment records, searching employee files and furnishing information to authorized persons.

    Job Requirements:

    • Training in vocational schools or an associate's degree;
    • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to monitor/assess performance of other individuals.
